Denise Webb

Office Manager

Denise holds a Bachelor of Arts from Arizona State University in English, has teaching course work at Washburn University and has studied abroad in Belize. She has been an English as a Second Language tutor for The Literacy Project of Maricopa County, Ariz., and aspires to teach abroad one day.

Denise has an extensive customer service and management background working at Nordstrom. As a Nordstrom manager in Arizona she was promoted and relocated to be part of the first management team to open a Rack store in Manhattan. While there, she led a team of 15 salespeople, driving a $5-million Accessories department to far exceed its targeted sales volume. At Nordstrom excellent customer service was the driving force in all her interactions, where she says, "I learned to always aspire to "leaving it better than I found it" and to "get it right the first time."

Also, during her time at Swedish Neuroscience Institute as a senior patient service representative, Denise supported families navigating specialty care who contended with Parkinsons and Epilepsy diagnoses.

In her Office Manager role at The Northwest School, Denise enjoys supporting students, their families and faculty to ensure “everyone is seen, heard, and valued throughout the school day.”
