Kevin Contreras

B.A (Sociology, LGBTQ Studies) UCLA; MIT Candidate (K-8 Teaching) Seattle University

Before working at the Northwest School dorms, Kevin Contreras served as an NRHH chair and as the Residential Advisor for UCLA’s gender, sexuality, and society themed learning community. His interest working at Northwest was sparked by his passion for community-building, teaching, and social advocacy. Kevin is currently a graduate student at Seattle University, working towards obtaining his Masters in Teaching. He aspires to be a life-long learner and a strong advocate for his future students. During his free time, Kevin also enjoys rock climbing, playing video games, and spending quality time with his friends and family.
