We are pleased to once again offer one-way or roundtrip bus transportation for our students in the greater Seattle area. This service reduces traffic congestion from individual cars and helps to reduce our carbon footprint. Our daily bus transportation begins on Wednesday, September 7, 2022.

  • Roundtrip morning and afternoon route

Late Start on Wednesdays

Specific stop information and route maps will be sent to families before service begins.

Please note that school starts later on Wednesdays, at 9 a.m., so the scheduled morning times are 30 minutes later.

Updating Routes and Stops

Please keep in mind that we may need to update routes and meeting locations based on headcounts. If any changes are required, families will be notified as soon as possible.

Our standard pricing per trimester is $450 for a one-way route and $900 for a roundtrip route per trimester. Once registered, students will have been signed up for the trimesters indicated on the registration form. Families will not need to register for each trimester.

Families will automatically be billed at the beginning of each trimester. If you need to make a change to your registration, please provide the school with written notification to within a week of the start of the trimester.

The Northwest Experience Fund covers 100 percent of this expense for families who receive financial aid.

Covid-19 Bus Safety

The Northwest School will continue to sanitize the buses after each route. Masking is optional, and buses will be supplied with surgical masks if needed. Please monitor your student for symptoms of Covid-19 and keep them home if they are sick.
