Erin North

Erin holds a Bachelor of Science in Educational Studies & Family and Community Service from the University of Oregon. She earned her Master of Social Work degree with a specialty in Children, Youth, and Family Services from the University of Washington. Erin maintains a professional license as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

Erin North brings over twenty years of experience working with children, youth, and families in independent and international school programs, through community mental health, and with adventure-based programming for youth.  Erin works from a place of holistic care and is committed to responding to the unique needs of each student and family with compassion and humility. In addition to being a School Counselor with The Northwest School, Erin also enjoys spending time with her family, hiking with her dog, and spending time in nature. She also really enjoys team sports and has a special affinity for coaching and playing basketball.
