In her statement of teaching philosophy, Jeana told us:  “As a secondary and postsecondary teacher, and as a scholar of English education, I see my role as one who theorizes, practices, researches and narrates possibilities. For all intents and purposes, when I talk about transforming school dynamics through human relationships, I am talking about love, or something like it.”
