Boarding Program
Boarding Program
Updated Availability:
Our boarding program is now full! You can still join our waitlist, and will be notified if a spot opens up.
Day camp still has room in all three sessions.
We’re welcoming boarding campers ages 12–16 for Sessions 2 and 3:
Session 2: July 17–28
Session 3: July 31–August 11
Each session costs $2,550 for tuition and boarding, which includes all your meals, evening and weekend activities and medical insurance.
Boarding campers live in our dorm, across the street from campus. The dorm is organized by gender-specific floors with double-occupancy rooms set up with a loft bed for each student. We pair campers with a roommate from another country when possible. Experienced Residential Advisors are present 24/7.
Boarding campers can look forward to the following dorm amenities:
- Common areas for relaxing and connecting
- Shared bathrooms and showers
- Laundry facilities
- Computers and Wi-Fi
During the day, boarding campers will be with integrated with English speaking campers from the Seattle region in many of their classes and at lunch. In the evenings and on weekends, campers in the dorm will enjoy gathering in the lounge to make snacks in a fully equipped kitchen, play games, watch movies, or just visit with friends.

Airport transport service is available for an extra $100 (each way) and must be scheduled three weeks in advance of your flight. Flights must arrive no earlier than 10:00 a.m. on the Sunday before camp starts and depart no later than 3:00 p.m. on the Saturday after camp ends.
For pick-up, we will meet you outside baggage claim and send a picture of the shirt we will be wearing so you can find us. For drop-off, we will get you to the airport usually about 2.5 hours before your flight takes off, and make sure you get checked in or escorted to your gate if you are flying as an Unaccompanied Minor.
Unaccompanied Minor Service must be arranged and paid with your airline in advance if applicable. We will provide necessary information for unaccompanied minors at least one week prior to your flight.
Dorm Check-In and Check-Out
Campers can check in to the dorm beginning on Sunday at noon before camp starts, and must check out on Saturday morning by 9 a.m. at the latest. Due to the integrative nature of our program, campers are discouraged from checking out of the dorm during the week, but arrangements can be made to visit family or friends on the weekends. These arrangements must be approved by the Dorm Director at the beginning of each session.
Group Registrations
We welcome international groups of up to 12 campers. Groups of 5 or more are eligible for a group discount. If you are an agent or international school interested in registering a group, please contact the Summer Camp Director.
