Immunization Status for Summer Camp

Campers attending The Northwest School Summer Camps must be up to date with vaccinations according to the Washington State Department of Health recommendations. Required vaccines include Hepatitis B, Tdap, Polio, MMR and Varicella. Dose requirements for school-aged students can be found here in a variety of languages.

For their own protection and to prevent the spread of disease, children who are not fully immunized may be excluded from attending camp when cases or outbreaks of vaccine-preventable diseases occur. Exclusions can last for days or weeks until the risk of transmission is no longer present.

If an outbreak occurs during camp, campers will be required to provide proof of vaccination status in order to attend camp.
