Please join us in welcoming Nahara Sapha as The Northwest School’s new School Nurse. Nahara’s journey to The Northwest School is rooted in her core values of hospitality, artistry, humility, and empowerment.
She was drawn to our community because of how our culture and philosophy align with her own, and she is eager to use her skills to build support systems that benefit everyone.
Nahara holds both a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Detroit Mercy and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the University of Michigan.
She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (ARNP, FNP-BC) with nearly 10 years of professional experience, including work in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in Detroit and New York City.
Throughout her career, Nahara has prioritized education—whether teaching families about wellness in a primary care setting or mentoring new graduate students in the ICU. We’re so thrilled to have her at the House!
