Bethany Fong

Bethany holds an associate’s degree in culinary arts from Johnson & Wales University, a bachelor’s degree in food and nutrition science from Seattle Pacific University and a certificate in dietetics from the University of Washington. Most recently, Bethany served as a registered dietician at Seattle Tilth and a food services manager at an independent school in Hawaii. In her cover letter, Bethany described herself as a chef, an educator, a food service manager, and a passionate community builder.”
