Financial Aid

We award financial aid—based on your family’s demonstrated need—for full- or half-day registrations (no aid for boarding). Because funding is limited and we wish to provide aid to as many as possible, we ask that you limit your request to one camp session.

All applications for aid are due by April 15, 2024. After that, applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis if funds remain. To apply download the Application, 2024 Financial Aid Application

If you are a current or incoming NWS family receiving aid for the 2023-24 or 2024-25 academic year, we will prorate summer tuition at the same percentage as you receive for the academic year. You will still need to complete and submit the summer camp financial aid application by the April 14 deadline. Inquiries after this date will be reviewed on a rolling basis while funds remain.
